Take it to your network provider if it is on contract it will be their responsibility.

My opinion is SamSung galaxy note 8 should be put out of business this phone is defective and the pen pops out of the phone I purchase a new pen for $50 since October And still have not received my pen I call Samsung on many occasions explain to them about my pen popping out the phone they claim they never got complaints about this problems they are dishonest to the customers because if you never got this complaint why is my order is still on back order and it going on 2 months, and having NOT!! Received my pen yet. This company need to be put out of business. And they are so unfair. They are so unfair to customers. And very rude. I will never purchase anything from Samsung. So so please, everyone stick with apple. It's a better device and you get better respect from the customer service you guys sell me a defective phone and I have to pay for your defective phone for the pen popping out you guys need to be put out of business for sure. People work too hard to have to going through this from a company that doesn't stand by its name, FRAUD😡😠

While iPhones indeed are a nice phones, they surley are overpriced...

1) Open up Bixby as you normally would.If a new Bixby update is available, you should see a message notifying you about it. If you see this message, download the update.
If you don’t see the message, you probably already have the update installed.
2) From the main Bixby screen, tap the gear icon on the upper right corner of your screen (icon to the left of the three dots at the top left of the screen)
3) You’ll now see a toggle called Bixby key, with the slider set to the on position.Tap on the slider to turn it to the off position.

The screen is just unbelievable. The camera is stunning. Responsiveness is superb, and the interface is brilliant. Definately causes a lot of discussion in my circle, and everyone wants to play with it.

Wow! S8 is worth the hype. Was contemplating whether to switch from my iphone 6 to 7 then i realised all i will be buying is an all black iphone 6 with 3d touch which i barely see my friends make use of. Also a slightly better camera as well. Thats a rip off considering the fact that it costs almost twice the price of iphone 6 in my country. Anyway, I got samsung s8 64gb for the same price iphone 7 32gb goes for. Got premium glass phone, eye pleasing bezels, best display, high quality earpiece compared to apple's trash, fast facial recognition which i really love, headphone jack(lol), camera is a clear upgrade from my iphone 6 as well, speaker quality isnt as good as iphone 6 tho buh hv my jbl flip for that. Trust me the only iphones worth skipping the s8 for are iphone 7plus, 8plus and iphone x. If u hate big phones like i do then your only option should be iphone x which costs almost twice the price of s8 for if you are getting 256gb even tho its basically an s8 with apple logo, os and well a11chip which so far only real world advantage is boot up time(lol). Battery has been good for me so far. U probably left alot of unneccesary features on to drain battery. And it comes with fastcharging cable unlike apple that wants to extort you to buy that seperately. Iphone 7 is smoother with games tho but not a fan of mobile phone games so doesnt matter to me. He claims this is his 4th time he has switched to Samsung from Apple, this tells a story in itself that he isn't #appleforever because if he was completely happy with Apple and Apple were sooooo fantastic then why did he even switch to android at all? ......and he did it 4 times....... haha
He also claims that the edge function of the screen got on his nerves but IF he was ever a S8 owner he would of known that this can simply be switched off.
He said
"Ive had to change rear glass 2 times, i dropepd it from waist height in my bathroom while pulling my trousers down"
Well he has certainly been caught with his pants down here and exposed as a troll........

xIMxBruce, 05 Dec 2017TBF I keep pressing the Bixby button and it drives me crazy... moreThere is an option in the Bixby Home screen (it has a cog as an icon) where you can set the button to not open the app (it will still open Bixby Voice if held long enough). Also, you can change this in Bixby's settings, where you can turn the button off altogether.

using the dual sim, at first it was really good and smooth; however now after using it for 3 months it is giving all sorts of problems:
1- the battery barely lasts 5 hours - while my lumia 950XL used to last the whole day.
2- hangs and freezes frequently even though I haven't changed nor added new apps or services
3- very delicate and scratches easily.
I wish apple makes a dual sim phone.

S8 is slow ? Jesus what a lie ! Probably you never had s8 in your hand. Im using 4 months and never lag or going slow.

Xyboc, 06 Dec 2017Anyone here have broken fast charging from recent update?I have not had an update since the August update but several times I have connected the charger and it says that it will take several hours to charge fully. I then have to try unplugging and reconnecting the charger and eventually it will state normal charging period.
