[deleted post]I paid full price of £779 (US $1044) for the S8 Plus, sure I could of got it a lot cheaper if I had of waited or shopped around a bit ......
I have no regrets whatsoever in buying the phone even though I paid full price and the phone has excedeeded my expectations. I think both the S8 and S8 Plus represent excellent value for money at the current price they are on offer and I would certainly recommend either the S8 or the S8 Plus to anyone.

I do agree with you however that your switch to android will give you greater flexibility in the future as Apple is really only competing with itself in that it is the only manufacturer that uses IOS as their platform.
Samsung are producing some fantastic phones at the moment and the S8's are incredible phones but the good thing is and a huge selling point for me is the choice that android gives me. I don't have to stick with Samsung, although I have a Samsung phone just now but more importantly I like the fact that there are many other manufacturers competing for our Custom and choosing an Android certainly gives the consumer far more choice and flexibility both short term and long term and for me is the more sensible choice.

Just purchased this phone on 7 days ago and love it. Ive made the transition and converted from Apple. both great manufactures and however I do feel you get more for your money with Android with no limitation. both have Pros and cons and both have things that are greater than the other.
I think I have officially been converted to Samsung!

I really love this phone.. best phone ever had the screen is amazing, headphone jack and MicroSD card are very nice additions. THANKS so much Samsung

I settled for a flip case, protects the whole phone really good, and best part is - when you use the phone you see full clear image. No glass can be as god as original image quality, also touch sensitivity is on place too. I just think Samsung engineers and workers worked waaay too hard to give me the awesome screen, so it would be such a waste if I ruined the experience of it by sticking something on it.

Now I am unable to pull down mobile... moreYeah the extra glass has 20% chance of fitting correct so youdont lose any touch feelingnd dont have air bobbles, my advice is to drop the glass and go for a cover. the edge screen makes it hard to fit the glass correct.

If you care about the camera, go for S7 edge for lower cost. I'm not saying that S7 edge has better camera than S8. I'm using S7 edge and I compared with my friend which she used S8+ and both camera done much pretty same, both have amazing camera and sure, they do well in low-light. The only difference is S8+ camera tend to be cooler colours and S7 edge has warmer colours. So for more better value, go for S7 edge. But you can go for S8 for the plus of better performance and better battery life and brilliant display. Cheers ;-p
