What is the minning off bixby app and hardware button whitch activate bixby app?For me it is so stupid. I yse it like second power on/off button and deactivate the bixby app.

Something is not clear about the micro SD storage. Is it only available on the dual SIM model or on the single SIM as well ? Thanks.

Its a shame all vendor are hand in hand in cheating the customers they have flooded the market with 5" mobile until now, from 2018 foldable phone with compact form factor will be released to generate revenue if people start using one mobile set for 5-6 years revenue generation will be minimised mobile vendors are playing with consumers needs viz a viz requirements.
1. Remove user replaceable battery started by Apple so that handset will not last more than 4-5 years since apple hardware is much better compared to Android hardware therefore handset might last for eternity which apple does not want.
2. Remove SD card from mobile started by Apple iPhone
3. All new handsets difficult to repair post Samsung Galaxy S6 including replacing glass which cost 20% of the cost of handset is it really that expensive answer is NO. Since consumers have started repairing handsets for 100$ instead of buying 600$ new handset.
4. Introducing handsets 5" and above later bendable phones will be realsed which will be under 5" but can be expanded to 6" and above Samsung Galaxy X is an example.

Samsung after latest software update Security Patch DATE did not change Still August 1 , is your recent software already obsolete and old.

When I check apps with play protect in play store - it shows no problem. But in the bottom it displays - App Verification is expired. What is means guys? Please reply.

Worth also checking to see if Samsung have the same offer In your country as they do in the UK at the moment. Buy an S8 or S8 Plus between 28th Sept and the 2nd November 2017 and get a free VR Headset and controller.

Couldn't agree more as regards to the fingerprint scanner position. It was blown out of all proportion and I find it even better than being placed on the front for the reasons I have outlined previously.
Well at last you have got your hands on the phone now and I have no doubts it will live up to all your expectations. Glad to have you on board. Best wishes :)

I was confused about the size of s8+ but, believe me, it is really awesome. No problem with size or position of fingerprint scanner in my opinion

I think comparing the designs of phones that were on the market over a decade ago to the smartphones currently on the market doesn't take into account the leaps in technology. e.g If manufacturers back then were able to produce a screen that was edge to edge I'm pretty sure that they would of done so.

Yeah, I'm aware that these offers are available during pre-order phase but what made this different was the ability to Claim a free VR Headset if you had bought an S8 or S8 Plus during a specific time period well after launch (28 Sept -02 Nov)
I have the VR set headset with controller and I must say it's a huge selling point for opting for Samsung and I don't see it discussed here enough and promoted as such.
It's getting better and better and particularly some of the exclusives are amazing. I have watched live concerts and it is just fantastic to watch a live performance in VR with the headphones in , in many ways it's better than actually being there, the sound is incredible, you are on stage with the band....just mind blowing at times... Also some big sporting events are also broadcast live in VR. I watched the French Open (Tennis) live in VR and it was an amazing experience I had the best seat in the house sitting right behind the player, incredible I also had the ability to change the view ...... very very immersive and certainly a huge selling point for Samsung and one in which people considering their next purchase of a smartphone should consider when weighing up the pros and cons for each smartphone out there.

You've mentioned screen resolution? Lets see: S8 1440 x 2960, 570 ppi, on the other hand Iphone 8 750 x 1334, 326 ppi ?! And we talk about Apple´s phone for 2018. It's embarrassing. If you say that Samsung has same screen resolution for few years, than you can imagine how far Apple is.
In one thing youve got the point. Apple is selling brand. And that's about it.
You're not neutral, you're Apple funboy. Enjoy using your phone and let other people do the same with theirs. Child.

Increase screen size, add some additional RAM, slightly improve cameras etc... What did Apple do since iPhone 6, 6s, 7 and now 8... it's basically the same phone. Did you ever hold in hand Galaxy S5 and S6, its imposible not to see huge difference in terms of design, materials and quality. I respect Apple, I had several iPhones myself, but at this point of time, S series is way ahead in every way possible.
