AnonD-708097, 15 Oct 2017Latest S8 update that I installed last night made my phone ... moreSorry but I spoke too soon after updating my S8 to the latest software update, i.e., after a few days, my S8 had stabilized and it's back to normal with regards to battery consumption. Last night, from 100% it went down to only 96% overnight. Someone told me to just give the new software update a few days to stabilize and reindex all the files in my cellphone, and that the battery consumption will go back to normal. Yes, it really did so, no more battery drain problem now, the latest S8 software upgrade from Samsung is all good!

I can fully understand why someone would stay loyal to Apple or Android, an example would be if they had invested hundreds or thousands of £,€,$'s etc in Apps, then the most logical choice for some would be to stick with I.O.S or Android so that they dont lose out financially. It can come down to something as simple as that.

that my facebook name.....what are shame when samsung family arguing with each other...but if u apple user and still havent boughtbthis phone and testbit first handed...sldont complain such thing...cause that will put u into the biggest mistake ever u made ....the underage marriage dont count....i only test this phone for couple hour and test all the features..but...its was satisfaction that i can compared with ip7plus nor the normal 7 ..even my cousin argue with his brother abaout the display and performance between apple and samsung...the six 7 generation still havent have olled display although samsung oredy have oled display on keypad phone few year ago...and the wireless charging....r.i.p........ mybe both of them have 64gb storage but 128gb sd card was easy solution

I too k it to the Samsung store and they re-loaded the software for me. Now the phone is perfect. Only losing about 4% overnight now which is excellent and the phone is operating perfectly.

The information out there seems to indicate that you are incorrect that S8 and S8 Plus sales are "very low" compared to S7s but correct me I'm wrong (please provide source(s)) appreciated.
I would hazard a guess that the Free Gear VR Headset and controller Offer is more likely to be a promotion to coincide with the release of IPhone 8.

I think u are the one that is child lollll.... since u talk about screen resolution.... lets talk screen resolution.... I never recommend buying iPhone 8 with... 720 p screen... I myself using iPhone plus version and I more prefer plus version 1080p now for me I still focus on spec the higher resolution the better..... I recommend my friend/all to buy plus version or iPhone x due to higher resolution and one more thing more important a BIGGER battery loll....
bro I think u need watch ur friend iPhone screen or in istore...?? never? even though it is 720p but it is very beautiful screen when watching movie or music video... may be I don't know the reason .I think may be because of its more high quality clearer glass, higher back light , or small screen just 4.7 inch...... but from the video it is comparable to qhd (1440) display by Samsung.... may be that's what its called by retina display... meaning very beautiful to human eye... this happen since iPhone 5s.... y I says so because u may says its not even 720 ...even worse ... but for a 4 inch phone 640p screen already very beautiful and called retina display because most 4 inch phone only 480 resolution... so apple already study... for ach inch what resolution is enough to be called retina display most beautiful n sharp seen by human eye... and they increase the back light n use better glass that make it display one of the best...may be some saying is correct I need to admit .... higher tha retina display is not needed as human eye cannot see the difference...that's y 4k display is not needed as human eye cant detect the difference.... but I too hope can get sony xz premium with 4k hdr display one day lollll

by the way if u say vr I think of ps4 vr that can connect to my ps4... still not buy yet.... I think for game ps4 vr is much more game available.... but when I try in store the display seems not good n sharp as Samsung vr... may be due to 720 screen or I don't know the seeting as I try in store.... sony please upgrade to vr2 with 1080 or higher resolution..... waiting lollll....
by the way, u have lot of Samsung vr source.... ?? where you get it? mind to share??? loll... also and option since Samsung vr is cheaper....

Latest S8 update that I installed last night made my phone eat battery very fast! Usually from 100% battery level goes down to 95% overnight but when I checked this morning, from 100 it's down to 74%! Samsung What happened? Can I go back to the previous update? Anybody here with the same experience? Thanks.

What is the minning off bixby app and hardware button whitch activate bixby app?For me it is so stupid. I yse it like second power on/off button and deactivate the bixby app.
