Thank you for the advice, already tried it, but battery still drop at 40%, and accubattery app still show 4000 mah battery capacity, so ill just leave it that way,
I'm planning to change the battery, do you think it's still worth it? which one do you think is better:
1. change battery (cost 41 usd), buy new phone next year (december probably) (275 usd range)
2. trade in phone (s8 is 108 usd in my country) to buy 275 usd phone?

I dont know what happened to my S8. It has stopped coming on! :(.
So the charger stopped working, my batttery died, phone went off. got a new charger for the phone but its not coming on. Took it to a phone repairer and they dont know what is wrong with it.
Weak.
Ps: the charger i got works perfectly.

The habit of browsing, while phone is connected to a charger, is number one factor for this kind of instant drop in battery level during usage. Battery cells got degraded by intense heat

Discharge your phone fully until it turns itself off.
Turn it on again and let it turn itself off (it might now turn on again)
Plug your phone into a charger (DO NOT turn phone on whilst charging) let it charge until the on-screen or LED indicator says 100 percent.
Unplug your charger.Turn your phone on.

Usually need 1 or 2 charge a day (depending on usage), but currently after 2 years, i'm facing issue where battery will go from 40% to 0 instantly. I use Accubattery app to know battery health, but the battery capacity in accubattery is 4000mah, which is more than 100% lol.

But that's just me... . And what might be ok for me, may not be for You.
We are all different, and .....
What you do with the phone, compared to what I do with my phone will be different and usage will not be exactly the same from one day to the next and that's not taking into account the conditions in which we use the phone in will all have an impact on battery consumption E.g Playing High End Games, Screen Brightness. You have a Poor Signal, Playing Videos etc etc etc

I just want to say this: this is by far the best phone I have ever had and I don't feel any need to go looking for and buy the latest and best of the range. I was a Sony fan, I came from the fantastic Xperia Z2 and I honestly didn't expect to be so in love with this beast. Simply incredible. I had ever no problem with Exynos chipset I have been using it since November 2017.
