your comment addressed to me is uncultured,
I was mistakenly replicating to you,
but the written text is correct for this guy TJM who write bad comments on all possible brands of phones, now sober up and read
Redmi = terrible software support, notification issues to this day
S8 = no more OS updates and next year only quarterly security patches.

Ask anyone if they would like more future support for products that they buy and I'm sure the vast majority of people asked would answer Yes (including me)
But
The fact is - Samsung have met my expectations and dare I say have went beyond what was required. The S8 has been updated from Nougat to Oreo and then PIE and still receives security updates on a monthly basis 3 years from launch.

We want Samsung to change their stance on this issue but apparently there still are people who would rather live in a world full of trash and are ok with it. It's not always as easy as "vote with your wallet" when 90 percent of sold phones are broken chinese tech. Expecting one of the largest tech companies finally take responsibility in this regard is neither a bad thing nor unreasonable. You can disagree, just don't act like I'm being silly. It's time to stop this bs.
