Coz for droid/samsung..there are numerous brands n devices released every quarter..but Apple releases only 1 device every year..but no other iOS device manufacturers..thus the price stays at sky high value (we kno how greedy n cunning AF they are) as thers nothin to replace Apple from iOS n they know isheep herds still buys last years outdated fone for price higher than this year's flagships as thers no alternative..so they don't care to curb d price n isheeps blindly run for it.
So tell me how a flagship device whose price drops with new gen release(which is natural n beneficial for the buyers) is a fault n crApple selling decade old fones for overpriced tags is somehow smthn to be proud of or support.
No its not coz of premium Q..but stupid business scheme to conn dumb users. Else why no other brand follow this price trend?
These giant corporations run on the basis of its users..sammy users give feedback n they work on it..else ppl wont buy if they don't provide wat we seek..but crApple doesnt give a rat's ass n set high price without addressing the user's feedbacks for improvement of its weaknesses.
The hilarious cries of crApple users vouching for its drawbacks is a pity in itself. I mean how a corp sells downclocking processors to 600mhz in 2018 as a "feature" is pretty evident wen u hv to sell d story to gulllible idiots who rather boasts about this without having a clue. Wen dave 2d proved i9's throttle..whole world smacked him..Lol..ur precious fruit fone.

I went to buy a Samsung cellphone today and the guy who works at that store told me he bought this S9+ cellphone for $1200 and he put it under the water during 5 seconds to test if it's really waterproof. It broke down and it's now good for the garbage.
DON'T BE STUPID GUYS!!! Never put a cellphone under the water for no reason. This is not made to go under the water and if you break it (which will probably happen) it's NOT covered by the warranty.

No amount of megapixels can compensate for a poor lens. I had an s6 and its camera was very good. I now have an s8 and the camera is even better. So don't make uneducated comments that make you look foolish.

Apple has overall powerful software vs android and last years iOS 11 Bionic still powerful than today's Android's snapdragon 845. Also in overall Apple retains its value whereas Samsung devices lose it quickly and become cheaper for trade ins. Also note the 8 Plus is last year's device.

Evertime crappy 12mp, low resolution camera, and in midrange phones poor 16mp camera without ois or eis, camera phone should be 16mp with ois or eis and quality lens, human eye are 576 megapixel, a human eye can see text hoarding at distance of 30 feet, and 16mp quality camera can see 30 feet distance text, but 12mp quality lens cannot, due to low resolution, phone camera should be 16mp with ois or eis and with quality lens, sorry for the poor English,

(I k... moreI just wanted to help anyone who was thinking of buying this phone with my review and I will be honest and say that for me personally my s9 plus is the perfect smartphone it does everything I want with ease and I have nothing bad to say about it at all.
It's a truly great phone :)
