just purchased s9 plus violet, switching from a daily galaxy s8. switched on and an update with new features poped in. phone feels sturdier and better refined than s8, inside besides the same os , it feels like a new phone, os is smoother, i game pubg and nfs no limits on powersave mode no lag , on s8 i had to turn on maximize performance , display is way ahead of the one in s8, both brightness and color pop, display. camera is more than ,, just an incremental upgrade" , stereo speakera arent much louder but in pubg u can hear its much clearer and has a lean sound when shooting, cool stereo effect. battery life little better, but i use powersave on all the time with whqd+ on, no need for performance mode, disabled aod and edge screen, 6-9 sot depends how much i game, mine is a dual sim, with both sim inserted battery consume in standby about twice faster, phone didnt lag or crash so far, free ram is just 2.7gb out of 6 which is weird af. if you have the cash totally recommend, if you have an s8 and need to make efforts to buy it, dont. s8 resale value is very poor and its still a great phone. ps: wanted the sunrise gold but its not glittery in real like on youtube, choose the violet if u want back cover to shine. if you have questions feel free to ask here.

That's ridiculous, the only advantage with the Note8 is an SPen (if you need it) and a bit larger display, 6.3" on the Note8 compared to 6.2" on the S9 Plus. What you lose is the next generation chipset, Snapdragon 835 or Exynos 8895 on the Note8 and Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 on the S9 Plus. Also on the Note8 you don't have Stereo Speakers, 1.5/2.7" Dual Camera Apatures, Oreo 8.0, 3500 mAh Battery, 531 ppi Pixel Density, 512 GB Expandable Memory or FM Radio.

I like my s9 plus alot but getting tempered glass screen protectors that work is a bloody nightmare and I have tried lots and none work properly and the only ones that work ok are the wet applied screen protectors but they aren't as good as glass.
This curved screen is beautiful but protecting it is very difficult.

this phone can take really great photo! i'm amazed how its take a photo like a dslr camera. i compare to huawei p20 pro, but the photo more good in s9+. i like the camera aperture which make the background more blur. perfect for portrait pics

i have the oneplus6 red 128GB for 2 hours And I was very disappointed by the weakness of the one single loudspeaker even the volume button was on the maximum.
I do not mind paying a little more for Samsung S9 Plus with 256GB for my next two years phone

I have sold out s9+ 128gb because... moreYou would have been far better goin through every app and disabling them from running in the back ground and also see what app is draining the battery the most and I am guessing you probably had a rogue app running the battery down and I know not all people have the knowledge to disable apps etc but I would advise people to learn and not just use the phone without altering anything out of the box.
I get a easy 6 hours screen on time every day but I have gone threw the phone and altered settings etc.

AMC, 15 Jul 2018I am too much disappoint I have sold out s9+ 128gb because... moreYou are idiot if you sold your phone only for this reason because what was draining your battery was most likely an app or some services you could've disabled because the phone itself doesn't magically drain batteries so you could've done a hard reset without installing bullshit apps and everything would've been fine. How much did you lose in the transaction since this phone must've cost you 1000€ ?

I forgot to say that the fingerprint scanners on both phones are excellent but I admit using iris scanning on the s9 plus never gets old,it's like James bond stuff lol and I think it's really cool and a nice thing to have and I wish my U11 plus had iris scanning also.
