my battery is at 0 % and it has refused to boost and i have charged it for 2 hours so far, what should do ?????

I've had my Samsung s9+ for 2.5 years now and it's still working like the first day I purchased it minus a slightly less battery life. Camera is beautiful, it's still very fast, never had 1 issue with anything software wise. I wish I could keep this phone forever. I wasn't easy on this phone either. Dropped it 1000 times. Samsung made a great phone when they made the s9+

Bought it with lot expectations based on my son's recommendations and was really cool for last 2 years.
But as usual Samsung introduces problem after1-2 years, this time screen starts flickering or becoming darker and unusable . Cost to rectify this won't be worth
Now I am looking to switch back iPhone , already looking for recommendations.

Pretty good phone until it stopped allowing apps to download. Not worth keeping after that (but I did spend a few hours trying to fix it on my own, searching the Web for solutions, and a couple more with Samsung support with no success). Time to start over with another phone.

Received December security update in Germany. Battery drain issues from November update seem to be stabilized. would get a better idea on battery endurance over the next 1-2 weeks.

I was facing same problem earlier. Clearing the cache partition solve the problem.
