By dialing you will find a hardware checkup menu which pre-installed in every Samsung smartphones.

Still I'd suggest a RESET of the mobile or a complete firmware reinstall.

Is anyone here got green screen /color distorsion problem after software update. Mine was One UI 2.5 Android 10 . And 1 October 2020 Android Security Patch Level.

G9650 for Latin-America does NOT have Dual-SIM capabilities. Not even using the dual-sim tray.
