I have been using it since 2018 and I changed its battery twice myself so easily. I'm running Android 13 Floyd Rom, fast and very good battery management. When I see what's coming out today, I'm not ready to replace it. Its size, build quality, weight, versatility, and DEX...So good !

Amir1211, 04 Dec 2023Better than stock rom?..if yes it is better in battery life?Stock is better when it comes to features and stability. My SOT on my S9 is 2-3hrs (pretty much the same on all roms). I'm currently using Evolution X 13 with XXTR kernel (oc+++ and undervolt) and it gets 600k on Antutu V10. It reboots randomly on AOD and heats up a lot unfortunately.

Samsung s9 is a really great device been using it for almost A year and the half now but my main problem now is I don't no weather it a software error or something when ever I game on it the phone doesn't register multiple touch infact sometimes it does register any touch on the screen at all gaming I play pubg and or competitive mobile games on it and and the touch issues makes me angry I felt like smatching the phone on the ground sometime wish Samsung could fix it with some software update I don't think it possible since the phone is already forgotten by Samsung

Otherwise, go for Evolution X Android 13. I'm using Noble 3.7.1 on my S9 (overclocked) and It's alright, but it's slower than it was when I first flashed it.

I wish they made a small but powerful device. Sadly, it's 2018 and 99% of people want big phones like this. Can't wait for android 10!
