I'm from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Just picked up a brand new unlocked one for $592.48 CAD. Anything I should know about this phone? Haven't had much chance to play around with it yet :D

ras, 27 Oct 2011does this phone has a front camera so you can skype?Just read that stats. Yes, it had a front-facing camera. You can Skype or Fring video chat. You cannot do video chat w/G-Chat.

I got this beast on Friday 10/21. Guys..Believe me. Its the best piece of hardware I have ever seen. The SuperAMOLED plus screen does wonders to browsing and gaming. I own full version of Asphalt Adrenaline HD. It runs very smoothly. And with the dual core 1.5 Ghz dragon breathing inside you will not see any lag in whatsoever app you use.Battery life is awesome. full one day with lots of gaming , browsing, e mail and FB syncing. My only complain is that some of the Gameloft games that I used to play on my Galaxy S 4G (Green Farm, Nova 2 HD etc are not available right now for this). I am eagerly waiting for gameloft to resolve this.

i bought the galaxy s2 for t-mobile yesterday and since day 1 the screen lock wont work at all .... except that everything works fine ... i went to exchange it with a new one
and it did the same ... anyone knows the fix ?

I upgraded from HTC Sensation 4g on Oct 19. The SGSII for TMO is my best phone in a long time. Battery life is way better with the 1850mah. 8mp cam is awesome for pics & videos. I have a 32BG class 10 micro SD which I never have to wait to access storage on this phone. The 2mp front cam is super clear when I used it for tango call. The feel in the hand feels very solid. Earpiece volume is great. 4G data is super-fast. The speaker phone is very clear enough to keep in the cup holder while driving. The Bluetooth settings easy for my car. The battery life average user on 4G all day so I have to charge every night. Great job. This phone will be great with GOOGLE 4.0 soon. Better specs than Galaxy Nexus with no sd card, check the specs for yourself!
