Since I haven't yet used JB, I personally could not figure out what exactly the problem. Some people also found difficulties in using offline voice input, either when trled to download language packages or when trled to use it offline.

Is the update 4.1.2 available in india and is it recommended to update?

hi everyone, am from india,
I have been using this tab for 5 months. 200% worths the price.
when I decided to buy a tab, I was going to buy a cheap one of around 7k, but my father suggested me to buy a samsung tab. (hes not a gadget expert but hes good at busienes. he said that the you will get the material of 7k if you buy a 7k tab, if u buy 19k one, you will get the material and the performance of 19k one. so I bought this one on my fathers suggestion.)
I feel bad that its price came down to 15k. I bought this for 19k.
pros.
1 awsome performance
2 good ram and gpu
3 inbuit 3g, and a high battery
4 very vey handy design.
5 power saving mode. and a PLS disply is awsome.
6 the earphones are of very good quality. if you are a music lover, you are gonna dance.
7 can record HD videos and can paly full hd videos. watching movies is a pleasure (thanks to mx player).
8 call clearity and qulity are amazing.
9 touchwiz is cool.
10. audio output through speakers is loud and clear.
cons.
1 only a single 30 pin connector
2 cam lacks a flash. (but in daylight u can click awsome pics)
3 no usb charging. (as its having a huge battery, the amperes will be less to chrarge such a huge battery)
4 charger cord is small ;)
dont think twice before buying. just go for it.

Maybe it asked to select English(India) also in the other sub menus - in Language (on top), Samsung keyboard and in Voice search? Let see if this work.
