I love this widescreen tablet only downside is that nobody makes a keyboard case for it that is a bummer......

I just bought the samsung galaxy tab A 10.1. Followed all direction in the setting it up. Did any updates along the way. Down loaded my games mostly poker and other card games. When I was playing the screen went black and started to re-boot the tablet. I was frustrated since I was winning big. But just started to get back in the game and again it shut down. I thought maybe a problem with the app. So I played another game and again it shuts down. I think I spend most if my day re-booting then playing. I read earlier someone having the same issue. I guess I'll be taking my back tomorrow for a refund.

After I install some if my game's it would shut down. Causing me to lose my spot in the game ( poker). I would then have to wait for it to re-boot and as soon as I would be doing something on the tablet it would shut down again. Im very frustrated.I planned on taking back to get another but after reading that soneone else experience the exact problem I probably won't get another.

This will then be the closest model to the very popular Note 10.1 (2014) edition. About time for such a unit. One big mistake is not to include OTG or USB host in this line up. OTG or USB host should be a standard option on all tablets and phones!!!

petr, 12 Sep 2016very very good....I think the resolution is meh. How do you contrast a phone at 800ppi and a Tab at 224ppi. Same media will look so different on the two devices.

I have the "Samsung/Galaxy Tab A 10.1" Model; SM-T580NZKAXAR.
The first one from BBuy would hard pwr shutoff and not turn on without doing a hard reset using the "press pwr+volume" buttons method. Other times frequently shuts off to sleep mode requiring the press of pwr button for 3to4sec. It will only connect to wifi router w/5GHZ radio freq. and drops signal often reconnecting causing screen issues etc. cam flash on back would come on for no apparent reason for many seconds. Exchanged for another one (same model new also) same problems only more often. My wife got the Tab A 9.7 w/S-pen and has had no issues. I am returning mine and getting the one like heres. Samsung could not resolve the issues in a chat session and claim they have no complaints regrading similar? ya right! Yes I fully chrged it out of box, checked and installed latest updates before using ea. time. Please post from anyone using theirs of same model.

According to geekbench 3,this tablet blow out all the other devices in the same prize with top proceesing performance.
Conclusion:For 270 dollar this is the best in performance tablet you can buy.
Also,it's one of the less tablet that have android 6 pre installed and it will probably get android 7 nougat,as it's Mali t830 gpu support vulkan.
