Low specs high price . Nobody will buy. Wait for 2 to 3 months and price will be little cheeper then apples and oranges ... everyone will be happy . End of story

OMG! Whew! Samsung is still playing on it's devices... I feel that the makers are insanes?.. How can they made a tablet like this worse?.. Real Bad.! . -_- ..Samsung yow, still playing on the ground.. .We can't even get track of your tablets because of simultaneous release and now the result? ..u have no other choice but to innovate/invent/make a NO CLASS tab like this.. .If u had copied the Apple products, I wish also that you will copy Apple in their Purity and Lay-outs ..That their devices were released organizely and so is made perfectly and purely, that's why more people focused on them because of their Organized Plans ..not like your Samsung Company, just so not formal.. Disgusting.!

The price just not right with the spec are given. If it a little higher tab 3 it still consider okay, but it more pricey than tab 4. Survey malaysia price

The actual price of the 8.0 is actually 229.00. It's a midrange tablet slightly lower resolution then tab 4 but same specs otherwise. It's also the only Samsung tablet that comes with actual Microsoft office. Its not there best tablet but it's far from worse. There also will be a spen variant model.

iPad mini 1st gen is the target this model is going after, not the iPad mini 2. Look up the specs/price on Amazon, nearly identical across the board.
To say this is an Android copycat of the iPad mini first gen is accurate.
The OS is pretty well responsive. It's no S6 but is decent. Basically on par with the 1st gen mini, yes.
What draws people to this tab is a deal run by stores like Best Buy: bring in an old functioning tablet and get $100 off one of these. Not a bad deal at that rate.

It's entering Malaysian market soon at the price of MYR1299 (US$361). Sorry, but Apple's iPad Mini 3 (price in Malaysian market : MYR1307 for Wifi model) has a lot to offer for US$2 difference, including sharper and better display, metal unibody, powerful GPU and more. Samsung really took a step forward in phones, but two step backwards in tablets.

And an archaic 4:3 aspect ratio. No thanks. That aspect ratio went out with tube TVs. I'll continue using my Tab S 10.5 with a modern aspect ratio.

Looks like I´m gonna stay on my Note 8.0 till Samsung puts out a very good 8" Stylus tab on the market again...
Why the Tab Pro 8.4" isn´t whit Stylus like his bigger bros??

Guys I saw this phones details in samsung store.. it supports s pen and many more features compare to tab 4.
