Anonymous, 28 Sep 2024People keep complaining about the Dimensity 9300 plus, I�... moreI have the IQOO Pad 2 Pro sporting the Dimensity 9300 Plus (the same chipset used by the Tab S10 series). This tablet is the same as your Vivo Pad 3 Pro, bar the processor.
The IQOO Pad 2 Pro has monstrous performance, and superb battery autonomy/life, with minimal battery stand-by drain which tells about the efficiency, and all of this is for ONE-THIRD of the price of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10. It's an insult also that Samsung only provides the 16GB of RAM in their top Tab S10 Ultra configuration with 1TB of storage. It will be interesting to know the battery autonomy of the Tab S10 series given the power-hungry OLED screen.
The IQOO Pad 2 Pro can play Honkai Star Rail and the Genshin Impact simultaneously using the split screen with no FPS drops (locked in 59-60 FPS). It is expected that the Galaxy Tab S10 should be able to do the same.

Besides the 9300+ is much better than the Snapdragon 8 gen 2.
And the Dimensity 9300+ is equal to or beats the Snapdragon 8 gen 3 in most categories.
Now if it had the Dimensity 9400 that would have been something. Because that beats all the other chips out right now. But that chip is coming out soon too. Like the new Snap Dragon chip, or whatever they will call it.

While I haven't seen the performance of a mediatek 9300+, I have seen a Mediatek dimensity 9000 in action, and the device that uses it runs just as fine as it did when it first came out, other than battery performance ofcourse which is a con of mediatek

Tab S9 still better what a disappointment samsung made they are being cheap and don't care about quality and because snapdragon is expensive they are now using cheap processor what a shame

People keep complaining about the Dimensity 9300 plus, I'm currently using the Dimensity 9300 and it is really good in my device, which is the Vivo Pad 3 Pro.

Yes it will work fine for basic apps and benchmarks, but people are in treat for bugs, crashes, maybe no overheating thanks to samsung effort, weird signal (see already wifi 6 or wifi 7 despite being supposedly the same chip in both version), strict hardware encoding/decoding and whatever weirdry they ll encounter. Samsung will have a hard time supporting the device for 7 years

I don't get why people are so bummed out at the 9300+ being in this, unless if you emulate games, there's no reason to be disappointed.
