use Odin3 software and get AT LEAST the Android 8 stock rom from sammobile or samfw

It's because of the Tab S3's quad-core processor, even though the Snapdragon 820 is more powerful, it can't compete against twice as many cores in a system that makes use of all cores, especially with Samsung's heavier UI.
