What's odd is that although the S3 9.7 is somewhat better than the 10.1 2014 edition, it isn't so much better that it would warrant changing over to it. I would think three years would have separated their performance night and day...

Many a time I've found people complaining about phones and tablets that doesn't support fast charging. What is fast/quick charging is all about. I shall give an analogy. Assume that you are forced to eat your food in a hurry at all times, all your life. Everyone is capable to eat their food faster than normal. Assume, what will happen to you in due course of time. It is not the capability that counts. It is the life that counts. Though the mobile phone's battery is capable to accept fast charging it is always advisable to slow charge the battery to increase the life span of the battery. Moreover, phones and tablets comes with non removable batteries, nowadays. It is not the education that counts but is the wisdom.

The one with a sim slot is more expensive than the other one.

It should have better battery lower price snapdragon 835 Octa core dual sim and so.
Like this is crap and not worth to buy.
Anyway on 10 inch screen 6k battery at full usage will last maybe hour or two.
All depends on brightness selected.

The specs are almost same except a few things..Resolutions of both are also same.. Tab s3 is having fast charging support whereas tab s2 is not having it..then 6000mAh vs 5870mAh which is not much difference may be tab s3 will go for another 15 or 20 minutes.. Then snapdragon 652 vs 820, 652 is more battery efficient compared to 820. They differ in Auntutu ratings but for a customer it won't matter.. only a few will use the S pen also.. i feel the price is also too high..

As you can see, Samsung's latest Tablet runs on Snapdragon 820 vs. Tab S2's Snapdragon 650+ chipset. The betchment scores may differ much between these 4 cores and 8 cores. The 4 cores Tab S3 is much more faster than the 8 cores Tab S2'S because each core can handle much speed, even faster than 2 or 3 cores of a Tab S2.

I'd like to know why decreased core number from 8 to 4. Selling it for 670€, more than S2, with half cores is stupid. But as people will buy it the same, they'll make good cash! :-(

I want to know if the screen uses Pentile Matrix or classic RGB. Pixel density is absolutely misleading, it's subpixel density that counts. All the early reviews do not mention it either, and it's the single most important parameter determining image quality.
