The S7+ has an Amoled, the S7 and S7FE has TFT

MS, 28 Apr 2022Tab S7 display is better than Tab s8 display They´re practically the same except that the S7 has HDR10+. And its a shame they´re both TFT LCD instead of SuperAMOLED...

drawing/painting on it feels exactly like drawing on super smooth bristol board with the softest graphite. its heavenly
the s8+ has far too little difference to be worth the price increase imo but if you can find a good deal, go for it
buy an s7+ off ebay as an open boxed item from a highly rated seller and ruin literally every other screen and stylus for yourself cause that tablet will spoil you so freaking hard.
i cannot even look at an ipad screen in a store without wanting to vomit now.
i also have a slightly older tab s6 (NOT the plus upgrade) as a backup and frankly it is almost as good for probably at least a good $100 less. cant go wrong with that one either. a better deal for most people, but the s7+'s MASSIVE HUMOUNGOUS GIGANTIC GIRTHY screen is what I needed so I upgraded.
seriously, I could frisbee it out into the pacific ocean and build a floating city on top of it. god this tablet is so massive.

The promised security update, android 12 update, one UI update for the tab S7 series in India is awaited since Dec21 !
Samsung is unable to deliver so decide carefully !
