Awesome tab..... before I used tab2 but this is total different and gud performance, battery life also y all people's telling battery backup is poor like that, only one drawback n⊙ WhatsApp...... really happy with this gadget

Does any1s samsung tabs 10.5 takes 2hrs30 min time charging from 22 to 100% battery ...n charger heats up like nything

very bad battery life ..barely can last an hour for playing clash of clans . my ipad mini lasted 5 times longer... samsung please update the software or something

Mine have the same problem earlier, but after battery replacement, battery indicator seems to be alright. Good Luck.

I disabled Touch Sensitivity and Dexterity setting Press and hold delay to 1s but problem still insist.
Previously with other brand phablet just fine!
Battery performance not much different with the previous 6.4" FHD IPS phablet 3000mAh when playing the same game (online).
Battery's charge time to full again really quiet boring wait!

I bought this tablet for 3 months.At first this tablet work well.But after 3 months, the battery start having problem.The battery can only stand for 1-2 hours if i play games. the battery can drop from 80++% to 10++%.When i charge the tablet, the battery percent will rise from 0% to 40 or 50 %.I have to charge it 2-3 time a day or even more.The camera flash of my tablet did not work even i never use the camera flash.I never drop my tablet n i use it carefully.My tablet will also suddenly become no service so it is hard for me to make a call.The screen of my tablet will sometime appear yellow lines. When the yellow line appear, my tablet will hang n it will restart itself. I'm dissapointed with it .This is the first android tablet that i bought n it come out with something like this .

Do not buy this tab. I regret buying it because the battery capacity cannot sustain the high res and cpu. i went back to Samsung for inaccurate battery indicator, they fix it but the battery remains short.
I have another Note 10.1 (2012 model). It has lower res and cpu but bigger battery. On the same game, i could play much longer (2x?).
Tab S 8.4 is like a Ferrari with 1litre fuel tank.

owned this 8.4 for 2 says.
used tab3 8 for almost a year
i just feel 8.4 (12.6cm) is not very comfortable to hold compared to tab 3(12.4cm). my fingers have to stretch wider to hold it with 1hand on back gripping the left and right ends. long time holding is not comfortable. its bezel is too thin, not comfortable to hold at bezel either. 2mm is such different.
i suggest to try 12.5cm in future iterations.
its true black screen is king of all kinds.

i found a solution for lte proble, do as i explain below
1- dial *#0011# and enter service mode
2-from top right menu tap back twice until you enter main menu
3-Main Menu===>2)UE setting& information===>1)Setting===>1)Protocol===>2)NAS===>1)NETWORK CONTROL===>4)BAND SELECTION===>5)Select All Bands===>Back===>6)APPLY BAND CONFIGURATION===>Back
4- then tap the back from top right menu until u see the main menu again. then tap back arrow bottom from your tablet (right of home bottom)
5- finish and enjoy your 4g
