it has hdmi, great screen and stylish, update for ics.
400mhz difference in its processor wouldnt hurt you.
Im bored with W. nothing much to offer.
not much difference with cheaper phone.

Tried to upate so... moreSomething wrong with the kies update, i too cannot update using kies, end up using OTA, 3000MB refer to ur computer space not the update the 2.3.6 update is merely 15 MB.
The update turn SGW into actual wonder much smoother & user friendly.

An excellent phone....value for money...
Tried to upate software thru Kies, but it shows unable to install..memory not enough (required 3000MB)
I have 16GB card on it...selected the option to external card before installation,still the same answer.....also there is an occasional hang while opening the camera...it requires a restart..then the camera works.....?????

This page states that the Samsung I8150 supports dualband for 3G only (namely 900/2100 MHZ). Samsung however tells me that its a 3G quadband device and supports the frequencies 850/900/1900/2100 MHZ. Can anybody confirm this information? Does anymody know more details about the built-in 3g-module?

i have also the same problem with the sd card unexpectedly remove..it just annoying..i go to the centre but they dont know nothing like hell..i try everything except updating the firmware because i scared that something even terrible might happend..so dissapointed

just buy this phone only a month ago.after i heard that this phone will only die here cos there is no update to ICS 4.0...i just WONDERing why it cannot be update becoz it have 1.4 GHz processor and 512Mb ram. i think maybe this is the reason why samsung have put this phone name to W..however , this phone is great..but unlucky.
To Samsung, please do not make user disappointed with this brand.

after bought this phone i felt gutted for 4 reason
-there is no haptic feedback like on SGS2 or even cheaper competitor like neo v
-no continuos autofocus on video recording again present on cheaper competitor like neo v
-the 2.3.6 software somewhat buggy(some force close and hang)
-its unlikely got ics update(again neo v got that)

the SD s unexpect... moreSame as me too..I don't know whether its due to phone or sd card itself because I got the 4g sd card free from the seller..I will try to swap with the new sd card tomorrow & hopefully it never happen again..=(
but anyway, is that a normal problem to all Samsung users?I mean all the apps stored in sd card hidden and its something like the phone cannot detect the sd card..
