I've also got the same automatic switch off problem, also been a month since I purchased it.
Mine is updated to 2.3.6 software, what about yours? + what should we do or maybe
better to wait as it might be a bug which Samsung are working on????

i have a strange problem with this phone..i had it for more than a month but recently it randomly shutdowns itself when inside my pocket even it its in full load and on standby..it doesnt reboot so i have to manually turn it on..does anyone have this problem?

S2, 31 Jan 2012Hey guys is it true that this phone does not have any scree... moreat first, I thought that this has scratch resistant screen like gorilla glass but it doesnt! trust me on this one. I removed the screen guard that I had on it when rumor started spreading that this phone is scratch resistant. It was fine until one day, i saw a very tiny, fine scratch in the middle of the screen! at first i tried to wipe it off cuz i thought it was just a tiny little dirt but it didn't come off. so i went back to the accessory store to put a screen guard again. lucky me, the scratch was too small, it's unnoticeable with the screen guard covering it.

i am using this from last 15 days.i put 8GB card in it as i like to listen songs so much...but when i connect to internet and also doing message chat together it become as slow as tortoise..so please anybody find me the solution...thanks in advance...
other things are superb,
Camera,music,internet speed is awesome.
Battery back is is the most down side of this phone..(Which can neglected in front of other feature)
