You have a phone with expired warranty so dont be afraid to do a little experimentation that could yield great results and changing your phone from "a piece of shit" to "an awesome piece of shit"..
and also most apps in the Google market are optimized for the new generation of phones with multiple cores. dont expect them to run smoothly on a single core device.

using this phone almost two yrs.. im still bearing with this is becoz I have dilemma in choosing the substitute. this phone is.... a piece of shit. Lag, and there is only one thing good about it. light-weight and stylish

Don't upgrade these phones if you like DNSe music player cause you loose it to the new sound alive player...I upgraded my s2 and had to rooting for a ROM FOR 4.9.3 TO GET dnsE PLAYER BACK..why? well because my fave settings are Concert Hall and eith Rock or Classic equaliser setting..Best sound ever was these settings on Samsung Wave.

My galaxy W I8150 can no longer be charged I don't know the reason. One day it just overheat then the following day I can no longer charge it. The battery does not bulge so I think the battery still okay. Can anyone help me with my problem. I will appreciate any suggestion that can help solve my problem. Thanks...Maan here

Major specifications of this phone are :
1- So much ... more1- So much hanging - You are using the old gingerbread 2.3.6 that is over-bloated by your manufacturer. Too many "free" apps that run on the background
2- Overheating - playing games too much, Bad/old battery or you are using the phone with a thick, rubber phone protectors that doesn't allow the phone to circulate heat easily
3- So much restarting - hardware ageing, bad battery, still using the stock 2.3.6 gingerbread
to solve these things --> just flash a custom ROM such as Cyanogenmod 9 or 10, replace battery after 8 months, dont play too much (this is a smartphone not a game console) and as much as possible avoid "free" apps 80% of them run on the background and collect information about you and send it to servers in China

flash ur ROM into cyanogenmod and this phone will deliver a whole new kind of user experience. The gingerbread with touch lag wiz is nonsense.

The phone and ... moreJust connect ur phone to the PC using USB to mini USB cable, the top of the screen would show MTD then it would show connect, a screen will pop up, just open the folder & copy the contain to the PC, done that all the time, perhaps you should re boot your phone as some time the system might hang & PC driver is not connect. Good luck !
