susan, 06 Jun 2012why is it that at times the light is bright and there are t... moreThere is a powing saving widget where you can ajust the brightness, or setting - display - brightness (you can set brighness here), this screen will become dimmed when your battery is low, alternatively you can try press the menu button left & right to adjust the brightness.

I am getting so so tired of waiting and waiting!!! How much longer do I have to wait??!!! lol It's been months now..I still haven't gotten the value pack update for my SGW here in Cambodia. :( My unit is made in Hong Kong. Is there any other way to get it instead of waiting for the official one via OTA??? thank u!

the kies program for sychronise with galaxy w is not working. delete appointmens, not recognises usually the phone, over 1 hour if the sychronisation finished. the screen late to return to home page. don't buy it.....

the kies system disapoint me. Difficult to sychronise with outlook. Delete appointments when sychronize. Dont buy it!!!

Anonymous, 04 Jun 2012It is impossible to have ICS for SGW, as the available RAM ... moreLol. HTC Desire C is running on ICS with only 512 MB RAM and 600 MHz processor. FYI, Galaxy W has 512 MB RAM too but with a powerful 1.4 GHz processor. So, it is still possible for Galaxy W to run on ICS. >:)

It is impossible to have ICS for SGW, as the available RAM is 351MB which is too low, ICS + Touch Wizz need extra 200+MB, so stop asking for ICS for SGW, if you want ICS go for Ace2 or Advance.
SGW (i8150) will be replace by SGAce2 (i8160) which is dual core & 768MB RAM.
The Value Pack Update recently will be the last major update, GSW will be stuck with GB enternity.
