Works very well. The ECG also works quite well but I suspect that it will only work on the S23 as you need to hold your finger against a sensor. which other phones may not have.

I can't set the Samsung health monitor to measure my blood pressure and EKG on the watch, transfer me to the app. on XIAOMI POCO F2 PRO and nothing happens.

It pairs seamlessly with my s23 and I have everything enabled other than Display Always On. The ECG and blood pressure monitor work very well although the blood pressure does require re-calibrating every 30 days but very easy to with a blood pressure machine obtainable quite cheaply from any pharmacy. Best of all my battery gives me an easy 2 full days of charge. I would recommend this watch to anybody. The only thing lacking with my watch is that it cannot be used as a phone.

I have SGW 5 LTE for four months, I paid €210 for it and I am not happy with it, the watch looks very nice and comfortable on the hand BUT also has a lot of shortcomings.

          1. Its battery lasts less than 24 hours if you are going to use all its features as a smart watch, the only good thing is that it charges in approx. 80 min.

          2. It's bad that I couldn't update the software when it was paired with a Xiaomi mobile phone, but I had to pair it with the Sam.tab S8+ and did that, and now I can't even do that anymore because it won't pair.

          3. Worst of all, blood pressure and EKG do not work in Sam Wear and Health app. with other mobile phones than only with Samsung, which is a shame because they force you to buy. 😤I'm disappointed.

disapointed that it doesn't come with a wall charger. Who has a USB C wall socket at home? This is the first device I've found I've needed to go out and buy a separate wall socket to charge a new device. Not happy so far, no comment on the funcationality of the phone yet as I haven't been able to use it.
Reading the battery life on here I'm not sure I'm going to like it either. 36 hours on a charge when my huawei GT2 Pro does 4 days will be annoying.

I have just received my new SGW5 as part of the promotion to purchase an s23 in Australia for a certain time. The watch is gorgeous and I am still learning but I notice that the watch faces that i had on my old Galaxy Watch have not transferred on to the new one. Disappointing as everything else seems to have transferred. Is it because the old watch worked on Tizen and the new watch is Google or have I done something wrong. I thought they would copy from the Galaxy Wearable app on my phone.

                                    Hello there

I would like some advice on which watch to buy. Ideally I would like it to support LTE (not that I'm going to use it at first, as my carrier doesn't support eSIM yet, but I suppose a watch with LTE can work as a Bluetooth device as well. Will LTE drain battery without setting it up or using it at all?

I read many comments and saw many videos, so I just really don't know if it is worth getting a Galaxy watch 4 44mm LTE or a Galaxy watch 5 44mm LTE (more expensive, around 90 EUR extra than watch 4). Some claim that Galaxy watch 5 44mm has worse battery life than Galaxy watch 4 44mm, although I don't know if this is true or how it's possible, because watch 5 has a larger battery capacity than watch 4. I trust though the comments of this YouTuber, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hj_gCcq92GU which he says he found out that watch 5 drains battery faster than watch 4 for the same settings.

I'm not really a sporty person, so I'm going to use the watch mainly for notifications, replying to SMS, calling (1-2 calls per day maybe or none at all) and on demand heart rate and oxygen measurement, or NFC payment (turn it on only when I need it). Also I might use it to track my running or walking or sleeping once in a while. So Ideally I will have the Always on Display off and also raise/tilt to wake off, power saving mode on, and uninstall Google Assistant (I read it consumes a lot of battery).

I am also thinking about Galaxy 5 Pro 45mm LTE because it has a really good battery but I don't like much it's design, and that bezel, which makes it difficult to put it under your shirt (could be wrong, as I haven't seen it in person), and also that it's much more expensive than watch 5 or watch 4.

I am not sure how many days I can get from having those settings on each of these smartwatches. Definitely, Galaxy 5 Pro 45mm can go like a week with a single charge I believe.

I also have in mind, ticwatch E3 which is cheaper of all, but I'm not sure how accurate it is, and regarding battery I read that it can go 4-5 days with those settings

Can anyone tell me how long the battery lasts on Watch 5 44mm with these settings?Always on Display off and also raise/tilt to wake off, power saving mode on, and uninstall Google Assistant (I read it consumes a lot of battery).
