Bought Grand Quattro couple of weeks back.But since past 1 week the phone has been heating up after a conversation of 3-4 min.Also it heats up a lot on charging.Does anyone facing the same problem.What is the solution for this problem?

To overcome this problem you can buy recharghable bluetooth speakers. i have seen the "DBEST PS4001BT Solo Mini Bluetooth Speaker" (available in flipkart for around 1.5K)and it's audio quality from that small speaker is simply mindblowing! This would solve the problem of speaker audio quality, but of course with additional 1.5K money! Regards, Aloke

There are more than 15 equalizer settings and I like the virtual 7.1 ch and concert hall options. I listened to some new mp3 songs with the earphones with the equalization set to "concert hall" and the music quality was simply mindblowing! However, music playback using speaker is not so good since speaker volume is a bit low- so if you want to listen to music using the built in speakers then Quattro may not be a good choice. Nowadays Samsung is giving some offer of free JBL/Sennheiser headphones worth Rs 2000 with Quattro. I am sure with those kind of headphones music quality would be even better. I missed that offer since I purchased before 14th Aug- so can't comment on the quality of music using those JBL/sennheiser headphones. Regards,Aloke

Only Last Saturday I got the AMH2 update. May be this is dependent on your location. Just wait for few more days and see whether they enable it for your location since this update has been released just recently. May I know your location? I am located at Bangalore and the AMH2 version got enabled.However, even the XXAMG1 is a stable release with majority of the bugs fixed- so you need not worry. Only the internet browser speed would improve update the AMH2 update.

And build nuumber is XXAMG1. I don't know how you got build number XXAMH2.
I checked for software update severeal times but it shows as latest updates have already been installed.

In case you dont have the latest version then you can update the firmwire using the instructions I have listed in one pf my earlier post today. If you have a very old firmwire you need to update it multiple times until you get the message " latest updates have been already installed". Regards, Aloke

sir, 01 Sep 2013How to download update?After connecting to wifi/3g network go to settings-> About Device-> Software update-> Check for updates. If update is available phone would download and install it. Phone would get rebooted 2-3 times during the update. Make sure phone is fully charged before downloading a update. Size of update file for this phone would vary between 20 MB to 98MB so you need either 3g or wifi. Dont try it on 2g network. All your apps and data would remain as it is, nothing would get deleted, but it may be a good idea to take backup of important data before trying out an update-particularly if you are doing it for the first time. I use the free app " super backup" to take backup of contacts and SMS. You can use any similar app to take backup. Samsung also has some backup option under settings-> bacup and reset but that keeps the backup files in google servers instead of sd card and I havent used that option yet. Regards, Aloke
