So if you are in custom roms/rooting, I suggest not getting a Samsung phone.

The upgrade to Android 13/One UI 5 became available this morning (at least in Sweden). I have not run it yet, something to do after work.

Does *#0011# work to get into service mode and it maybe shows 5G bands under something like NR_Band?

European and Asian models usually have different bands. Just check what's in their FCC report for the US model.

I still have not heard from GSMARENA on this model for U S A bands, seems like they would update it on their site for the US bands.

Still no updated reviews for US.
I'm on AT&T also. The specs show not many AT&T bands. I like to know how good it is outside city and signal strength. If this is a professional grade phone it's supposed to have better signal than a regular phone.

Fyi, I'm in the US and I placed my order with Samsung last Friday and the phone was shipped out that day and received yesterday. So far I'm liking it. My previous phone was an S10e and I'm dealing with the extra size of this phone, because I wanted a memory card, headphone jack, and the ability to replace the battery on my own. No issues so far. I like the fact that the memory card and Sim card are placed in the middle of the phone near the battery, so it seems more secure. I'm on AT&T and not noticing any coverage issues so far compared to the S10e...

My Galaxy S8 Activ has disappointed more and more over the past year and is now near it's end of life. I've been the last 'Droid holdout in my family but have waited too long for the XCover6 Pro as a replacement. Samsung has had it's chance, and has disappointed ever since I bought what was their "flagship" Galaxy Note Pro 10.2" tablet years ago and never updated it beyond Android 5.1. I don't understand why so many others are willing to suffer repeated disappointment.
iPhone is in my near future.

When you go to phones on Samsung business page the first thing you see is Samsung Xcover 6 pro.
BUT, if you try and chat no one knows anything about the phone..
And even if you send an email about this phone, they will not answer you.

Did anybody successfully rooted Xcover6 Pro? I am considering the purchase, but it is nearly useless for me without root (even if I am a businessman 😝)
(Here in Italy it is available since some time, even on Amazon)
