Anonymous, 31 Jan 2023😂😂😂batteries dont need to be changed each year or whatever ... moreDoes not matter!
Id still prefer removable batteries over sealed ones anyday anytime anywhere! Specially if I plan to keep the phone for 5 years or more without having to pay someone to replace the batteries again & again.

I'm surprised that it's side grip is no better than the XCover Pro which does not have grove lines. I was expecting it to be better, but in reality it's not. But it's not bad compared with XCover 5 which has a very slippery side grip.

I like the A15/UI5.0, it allows user to turn off the 120hz display to save battery. Speaker sound quality is also a big improvement compared with my XCover Pro which I already sold. It is also louder.

Anonymous, 12 Jan 2023Goodluck replacing its batteries after 2 or 3 years special... more😂😂😂batteries dont need to be changed each year or whatever and dont swell up and inflate if its a normal non removable modern lipo phone, phones started having nonremovable when they started having lifelong batteries, yes i remember in 2010 nokia you needed to change battery because sometimes it inflated and lost capacity they would get hot while charging the nokias had higher than 5v charging and ok amperage calculated in high watts, also remember some other phones took forever to charge

Very great heavy duty phone. You wouldn't even need a case. Removable Battery is great.
I would definitely buy more for my workers at job sites.

Got one yesterday and I am very happy with the purchase. I was not actually expecting that its auto brightness would perform well (like XCover 5 which has a separate light sensor and selfie camera) because it does not have a dedicated light sensor. But after finding the optimal setting, its auto brightness is doing well. This will be my main smartphone from now... XCover 5 will be sold.

The only thing missing is OIS.

Last week I noticed some Scandinavian webshops had started to sell an official Samsung case for the XCover6 Pro - "Smartcase", item EF-PG736CBEBWW. I got one together with some accessories to see what it is like.

The case itself is a simple piece of black plastic with cutouts where they are needed. Its main advantage are cutouts for the pogo pins, something cases rarely have. RAM Mounts has announced a charger and a car dock compatible with this specific case.

The back of the case has a square cavity for attaching case accessories. Available options are a belt clip and a plastic spiral lanyard strap. They hook into the cavity using two spring-loaded hooks that can be released again with buttons on the side. Seems fairly solid, though I do not really see myself using either accessory. When not in use the mounting cavity can be filled with an included rubber plug.

An issue I have with this feature is that the accessory mounting point is not flush with the back of the case - plugged or not, it is a raised bump in the middle of the case, about 2 millimeters, similar to a camera bump. As a result the phone will easily wobble when you want it flat on the table.

Overall I will stick to my Spigen case for now, as I find its integrated stand useful for video meetings on the go. I do like the car mount option though, something I will consider for my Land Rover that has no built-in screen.

You want a phone that can do the impossible with an amazing camera, chipset, battery life, use underwater or take a fall or throw. Then look at ULEFONE, Doogee, Blackview, or just search (GT phones or Rugged phones). Some of them have battery life that can last a week and they are made for survival, unlocked, and gaming, etc. You wouldn't believe the prices!
