ultimatetroller500, 10 Jan 2024Removable battery + ip68, to all the haters saying its not ... moreIt has been a thing for a long time. The problem is that smartphone brands won't cover a warranty for water damage, which defeats the point of having IP68 water resistance on phones.

I knew that this would serve as the replacement for the XCover 5, not the XCover6 Pro. After all, just like the XCover 5, it doesn't have a 120Hz screen, ultrawide camera, and USB3 with wired video output and DeX support.

From the 60hz TFT display, to the 5mp front camera and small rear camera, to the lack of stereo speakers, it doesn't look good on paper, but then it has that removable battery and the No Battery Mode, it's clearly aimed at businesses.

Battery still too small and no stereo speakers. Could have been the perfect phone with the removable battery and 3.5mm jack. But we can't have that, can we?
