Man removable battery dont have a 300 bucks value same for IP rating.
Whole Xcover 5 without IP rating and so called removable cover wouldnt cost more than 80 maybe 100 bucks.
Samsing is famous for overpricing everything such as Sony, LG or Apple do.
Only problem is only blind wouldnt see the phone is not worth the money.
For another example Redmi Note 10 for 170 or 200 bucks with a water resistant case for 5-10 bucks from sites such as alliexpress will preform the same like Xcover and we get much better faster and far more reliable device with IP rating. Also a lot more cheaper compared to Xcover.

By the way any sea water will make your phone instantly dead regardless of IP rating.
And final thing as long as no water damage warranty is included in price, IP rating is nothing just an overpriced gimmck.

They can not be serious making this phone.
Maybe some builders or mountaineers who go climing near a cell tower are their only customers.
If you want a tough phone just put a normal phone in a case.
If you want a small phone that is tough just put a small phone in a case.
If you want a small expensive old technology phone with limited memory buy this.
It will soon run out of internal memory and then you have to buy a new one.

It still says "Fingerprint (side-mounted)" but Samsung has already confirmed this is not the case (sadly)

I'm in love with it's small size. It's the best compact phone launched in the last two years. I'm looking forward for it to become available to normal users.

No thanks.
F62 or M62 cost aproximetely same and are superior compared to this one.
Any water resistant cove rfor 5-10 bucks would do.
No need to pay 300 for overpriced device with tiny battery.
