i've been using it for the past 5 months. no need to install additional apps for basic ones such as document viewer, photos uploader, browser which nearly like you browse anything on pc. but the camera is horrible on low light, produces squares, but quite nice in a good light (i compare it to my other phone with 3MP camera). the speaker needs additional bass booster, and the jack ..... i have to rotate to the right position to get the sound into the earphone.
but what i love about this phone is no need to bring 2 cellphones

i am using this smartphone with past 4 months . I like this phone very much . According to me there is no any phone with range of 10000 rs compare with GT s6102 .

I'm using this mobile for the past 2 months & for me its a great experience in this small mobile. Lot of the features are very good comparing to the same rate mobiles in other brands. For this price its working fine. The problems facing in this mobile are:
1) Battery back up is only for 1 day
2) Camera clarity is not much good, but good.
3) Back button is not feather touch, we need to use complete finger to use that.
4) Sometimes it'll hang if we use continuosly more applications at a time (is the phone memory is full).
5) Front camera is not avil
6) Internal memory is very very low.
But the 2G & 3G speed is very good to use. We ll get more than what the operators are offering. Most of the applications in google play ll work fine. The only thing is there is no internal memory. That is that main issue im facing. If we download some applications like Facebook, Skype, Whats app etc, it ll save in phone memory only & while using it will decrease the internal memory.
So for using perfectly use Battery Booster, decrease brightness to 60%-70%, Off Packet Data, wi-fi, bluetooth when not required, use normal wallpapers instead of live wallpapers, clear cache of all aplications once in a while etc. If we do lot of things like this we can use this mobile for a long time without any probs. But better is to buy a phone with higher internal memory.

I'm planning to get Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102. In this will both the sim be in active mode? And can we get sms or call at same time.

No so good phone. Very less internal memory. FB, Whatsup and antivirus will consume all internal memory. Phone hangs a lot and sometime the call screen will not come after multiple attempt. Good for tesing you patience. Dont expect the phone to work in emergency.
Switch to phone which have good ram and high internal memory.

Hi, i purchase that phone & returned to shopkeeper after 4 hours,,Samsung Gio is far better. Its processing is slow & display as well. I will suggest not to buy.

I dont think it supports skype, as it is not a windows fone. But it will support whatsapp.
And yes it is a decently good fone...
I mumbai i bought it for my wife at 8.5k about 4 months back..

And as this phone does not have a secondary caamera hence a Video call/chat may not be possible.
