I purchased one said handset from one of your registerred dealer at Garia, South Kolkata. a man boasting to be a proud employee of Samsung supplied me the set and did all by himself to make the set functional. Now, back home I find SIM 1 does not respond to any call and SIM manager is not functional in getting both the SIM functional. Also, connecting the set in USB mode to laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium, it does not get installed successfully. I do not know how to help myself. I have to visit the Dealer the earliest to learn things better. I am using mobile phone for all varied uses ever since 1998 only. what is your opinion? It is my fault?
