Hi i just want to make it clear,
does this phone could receive text messages on both sim cards at the same time?
or does it needs "switching" between the two sim cards?
please help! thanks!

Hi....i want to purchase galaxy y pro. but im confused to find the real market price. i was asked two days before in samsung's showroom of link rd they told so much amount Rs9800. and the online price is 9450.in actually online price becomes more than market price. if anyone purchased this phone then please told me the price. i will be very thankfull to them. i'm waitng pls rply me soon as possible.

AnonD-44144, 16 Mar 2012i dont know why you are telling its is not dual active..the... morewhile i am taking a call on sim1 and someone tries to call on sim2,they either get to hear "this number is out of range" or they dont hear anything at all. switching to sim2 or vice versa incoming call is not possible.if it is then plz let me know how. thank you.

Htc Status must be compared with Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos. Both run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system........ Htc Status is not dual sim phone, but at the price tag of Indian rs. 9500/-, it has better screen resolution (HVGA), better primary camera (5MP autofocus) with LED flash, better secondary camera (1.3MP) than those of Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos.........Htc Status also has a dedicated facebook key.

By readin on the reviews on this fone of u guys 1 thin i dnt undrstnd..:s sum ppl ova hea say dt dis is dual active moblie while sum state it as dual standby.. Wt is it actually..??
Dual active : means a mobile wid 2 sim slots on which if a person is on call wid one sim n sumbody calls him up on second sim it will ring on the caller side bt for d person whoz gettin a call is indicated by a call waitin beep.
Dual standby : means a mobile wid 2 sim slots on wich if a fone is on standby mode( nt on call ) then then u can receive a call on any sim.. Bt if ur on a call on sim1 n sum othr call u on sim2 it ll indicate as switch off to the caller n no indication to d person whoz gettin a call..
Now i hope 2 get a genuine feedback whthr its dual active or standby.. As i tried 2 xpalin u well.. ;)
