friends please dont forget to back up your memory card before u root and partition it, because after rooting ur entire data from card will be lost, it will be formatted,

which will show how to do partioion on your memory card and add extra memory to your phones internal memory and also how to root your galaxy y,, its too easy and i have rooted my phone same way now its working much better besy of luck friends

best way to root is to refer video from you tube(just type how to root s5360 u will get the video), I have done the same,, and successfully rooted my phone, for rooting u will also need some of files which u will need for rooting they are also shown in video,,,

HI guys i want to tell u that this phone can easily hold 16GB sd card and i have rooted my phone(holding 16 gb sd card) and partitioned this card and all applications are working smoothly in this phone which r linked to the card, no problem with this phone go on friends,,,,,

Hi guys i am using this phone since last 15 months, this phone lacks internal memory but rooting solves this problem,, i have partitioned my memory card and added 1gb to the internal memory of my phone now i can install many installations all together, and phones also works smoothly,,
regarding battery all android phones have this problem due to its large screen(power consuption) and OS so this is not a particular problem with Galaxy y. camera is amazing as compared to its price, still unsatisfied u have to spend some more money and have other phones which are costly or buy java phones,, at this price galaxy y is too good

this phone cannot hold a 32gig SD card, I even tried an 8gig and all the applications that i downloaded did not work.
