it voids your warranty....
but you can regain ur warranty by unrooting ur phone...

after rooting your phone download the zip file of the custom rom that youwant to install...
place this file on your sd card not in any folder...
download cwm.zip

place this cwm,zip on ur sd card
now switch off your phone...
press volup+center button+power button simultaneously...
then your phone will boot in to stock recovery mode.....
clear data and cache
select update from sd card
select cwm.zip here
then go to install zip from sd card....
select the rom.zip file that you downloaded....
WARNING:IN STOCK RECOVERY MODE TOUCH SCREEN IS DISABLED...
YOU SHOULD USE VOL UP AND DOWN BUTTON FOR NAVIGTING THROUGH OPTIONS AND CENTER BUTTON FOR SELECTION
PRESS CENTER BUTTON...
CUSTOM ROM WILL BE INSTALLED....
FIRST BOOT MAY TAKE TIME...
