this phone not faster than the nokia phone models,but it has much facilities,it has only 2mp.It is a stylish and superb design phone,you can go for it.

Good phone if you dont touch the settings. Ive had nothing but issues with it when I try changing any settings - they dont take effect until I turn off the phone completely and power on again. ie: To turn off packet data to save some $$$, have to go into settings, untick the packet data option, power off the phone, then power it on again before it will accept Ive turned off the packet data. Same when enabling it again. Also when the phone goes to "sleep", it turns off Wifi completely, rendering it useless for receiving notifications from internet based apps - this is after setting the phone wifi to never sleep.
So be wary about this phone.... Samsung dont want to help me and nor does the phone provider.

is it neccessary that net connection should be on otherwise it cost money if apps r running n how to turn off the running apps,it keeps working does it use data if net cannection is not on..n what if i dont have working net ...i
heard that in galaxy pocket ur net should be on allways ,is this problem is also in galaxy y please do reply me..

This is phone is simply awesome.... i have been using this phone since 4 months and i found it really good if compared with the price...the only problem is that its battery drains too fast otherwise the phone is superb...

rinku, 05 Oct 2012it's not working with 3g wind network,why .in specification... moreRinku, To use 3g, go to network setting and select dual mode (wcdma/gsm mode ) , if u have activated 3g in ur sim, during net connection symbol E will turn to H which means u are at 3g. Note: ur area should have 3g network tower.

Galaxy y is much better than htc explorer bcoz htc explorer slows down after a month and galaxy y supports all games and get a 2GB memory cars free
