farhan, 25 Jul 2012i m not able to connect my mobile to my laptop using usb ca... morehad a similar prob with a sony-ericsson fone. solved it by bying a bluetooth dongle from Currys for about £10.
This plugs into your laptop usb port and you can then upload or download using bluetooth. just plug in your dongle as required!

This is a rubish phone. I had for about 5 years a Nokia n82 that worked perfectly all of this time. The galaxy young has very poor reception, it looses signal 3 times a day and you did not even notice (the signal bar is full but you cannot receive any calls). Also the battery life is quite poor, about 2 days with 15-20 minutes of talk time per day and about 10 minutes of browsing the net usign 3G. The camera is just to be there, because the pictures are rubish (only fixed focus, no flash etc). The mass storage connection with the computer also is very buggy, because most of the times it doesn't work.

oh yeah my galaxy y's battery reached up to 3 days just turn off unneeded apps and services...

my galaxy phone can power on but only samsung appear to the screen cannot open to the menu.
