hi guys, i jst want to inquire abt the battery backup of this fone... I read many comments here where they are complainin abt its battery backup but, gsmarena.com here mentioned --> Standard battery, Li-Ion 1200 mAh
Stand-by Up to 850 h (2G) / Up to 540 h (3G)
Talk time Up to 17 h (2G) / Up to 6 h 20 min (3G)
so do they had put fake info or is it dat sum guys jst wantedly complainin to degrade samsung..? :s

This is a really good phone just bought it last 2 weeks. But suddenly all android phones have a problem about their batteries but charging is not a big deal! I really LIKE this phone! :)) ♥

I have been using Galaxy Y for almost a year. Yes for me everything is good. I was able to deal with the battery life with battery saver apps. The only problem for me is the internal memory is so low. I dont get why Samsung didnt just put a 3G internal memory just like what they did with their new Galaxy Pocket? Again they keep on experimenting and releasing at a short period of time, which giving users of Y like me a hard time with money. Im thinking of buying the Pocket but i need to sell my Galaxy Y.Sheesh~

Inorder to work your back key properly,please remove screen guard.ie apply screen guard only to the screen and not to the feathertouch keyss....

battery is not so good.
The back key gets stucked up at times.
The speaker sound is also not so good but the android feature at this price is excellent.

To regain battery backup, pls off ur gps,wifi and Bluetooth mode when it is not needed, and if u also turn off the data connectivity when u are not browsing it will last ur battery for 3 days consecutively.. It is a very very nice phone at this range.
