hey people I've just got my galaxy y and i think its awesome except for two problems . the main problem is the phone turns off by itself quite often and this makes me worried, is this just a firmware issue or is my mobile faulty . secondly the phone says that my sms memory is full even though it is not. please i would really appreciate yals professional help ! thanks alot . :)

king, 11 Jul 2012good day, i put a pass word in my phone . my brother enter ... moreDon't worry dude, just press VOLUME UP button and HOME BUTTON and POWER ON BUTTON All these buttons together, for few sec's and you'll see WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET use volume key to scroll down/up and select with home button, and once you selected WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET You'll see YES option , select it using volume key to scroll down and select YES with HOME BUTTON . And once you have done all i've said above just remove the battery for 5min's and reinsert in and POWER ON that's all finished!
