My review
1.outstanding touch response
2.good music quality over headset
3.not laggy
4.very bad camera
5.not impressive display
6.no cheap affair
7.2nd party GPS apps like sygic working fine
8.mp4 videos above 360~640 lagged.most of the flv &mkv files lagged
9.speaker is not impressive
10.don't expect high level gaming.can play pes 12&angry Bird series smoothly.
11.inserting 16GB card result in long media scanner running,after that everything fine
12.I dropped plenty of times,but it lives to tell story.
13.better than LG optimus one,Sony xperia w8,Sony mix with Walkman
If you have limited budget buy this.no second thought.
But I prefer you to buy Sony xperia mini.it is the cheapest usable Android

I am using this phone since a month and I recommend you not to buy this "android" brand. It is simply a waste of money and guess what it does not stop wasting your money even after you have bought it.
It's an android in name and theme.
Angry birds doesn't work well, temple run (one of the greatest games) is not supported , running fred it's not supported.
Wifi quality is poor
3g is dumb.
Speaker is as if somebody is whispering.
It's a sheer waste of money.
don't get fallen in the trap by the specifications.
DONT BUY THIS PHONE EVER.
YOU WILL EARN NOTHING BUT A DAY OR TWO'S HAPPINESS BUT AFTER THAT ITS ALL WORSER THAN EVER.
In fact, never care to buy androids with a price tag of less than 20000 .
It may seem that I have gone mad.
But think yourself
Why would I give wrong advice to anyone?????????

It is the best phone that i had never seen because 3g wi-fi 2.3.5 gingerbread and android in just rs7400 is unbelievable this phone has outstanding touch and has market in it from where we can download very attractive applications for me it is best phone made by samsung in low price

Customer, 04 Jun 2012I have been using galaxy y from 5 to 6 months......and my e... moreHey dude sorry to hear that like u have such a bad expirience with this one however m using the same phone since 7 months and i wuld it is just fantastics anyways i wuld suggest u few things...try a reset on ur phone which delete everything from the phone second try to update the phone with the latest software and the android version should be 2.3.6 and third once u r done download battery saver an application and this should satisfy u......

How can i get it... moreIf the packet data option is not responding i wuld suggest to try and reset to default by going to access point name than press the menu button than click on reset to deault..ideally it should work if its not than this is a software issue...try updating the software from the phone or from the computer and it suppose to wrk.......

bHet, 05 Jun 2012how can i add a new album in facebook using the samsung gal... moreit is very simple same like a computer u have to go to facebook in ur album and u will find a option to add a new photo as soon as u click on it will give u a option to create a album and u will be through...Best of luck
