VIN, 02 May 2012i ask only galaxy y is applicable on speaker, rather if app... moreIts one of the greatest feature is the 5.1 support which works exclusively when connected with speaker/headphone jack. I have tried that with my 3.5 jack and working. I have also tried that with my nokia phone jack which actually not working. The earphone delivered with the phone is of a good quality music. You can try that.

dear Smasung......
please consider RAM ////***** not abour processor... LG Optimus one has 600mhz processor & 512MB RAM... Galaxy Ace has 800Mhz processor & 279MB RAM.. galaxy Y has 832Mhz processor & 270 MB RAM... why......?????.... when update firmwear more than 2.3.5. phone getting stuck..... like a dead... you loose customers continuasly ,,, including me.....

Do some research before posting such things.... Actually galaxy y has a 'broadcom' processor + a 'broadcom' graphics chip.. which essentially means it has a 'broadcom' chipset... besides every phone has a chipset.. it is the thing that runs it....

Its only solution is go to samsung center, tell them your phone's problem. .and they will reformat your phone. Aftr that, you will no longer annoyed of that sd card issue. I got this phone last december and decided to sell it. Now i got my xperia ray, my dream phone aside from iphone. . =)

My friend who bought this phone couple day ago, have got SD card slot problem, seem like the phone have off & on unable to read the SD card, can anyone help, tried changing to different SD card & restart the phone, the problem seem to be persist.
