Good phone , good sound, new android, small, good design,long batery life( 3days sms, instagram, facebook, calls, no games!!! ), good WIFi,100g weight, everything works perfect.
Bad screen, slow Graphic chip,not for games, bad camera.
Conclusion : good phone, who wants games and gaming for more money can take Xperia mini with 1GHz scorpion CPU and Adreno 205 and much more better screen BUT wery bugy phone.

Nice Fone.....who says it's battery back up is not good...i use internet a lot on this fone but yet i haven't got dissatisfied with the battery back up yet...but ya sometimes the clarity of wallpapers doesn't seems to be good but overall it's a nice fone to have...

pls dnt buy this phone....its battery backup is very bad....if you use internet it again drains away the battery to just 1 to 2 hours....screen clarity is very bad....and the camera is 2mp but it works like VGA....

derz, 30 Apr 2012i'm rlly cnfsed, want to buy Gx Y S5360 or Gx Pocket // pli... moregalaxy y has got a powerful 832Mz processor it does support ICS 4.0 and also i asked my big bro / (uncle- his nick name) he said that yes it will be .
so be patient and dont upgrade to 2.3.6 unofficially as it will cuase trouble Upgrade from official site/kies actually my bro is one of the software developers team of samsung and he only said so !!
although samsung will hav to work on making this ics to work on galaxy y but they will as in history of samsung it is 3rd or 4th best sold device and has got a higher trp than s specially in india!!!!! so go with galaxy y {if you want to use camera in an emergency}

S.G.Y is a very cool fone . i used under 4 months .its still working perfectly.the only negative is the size of screen.but the screen is very smooth and high responding.in my experience its a good fone .
i love my galaxy y very much

This is a lot better than any entry level android device. Do not believe the Lumia 610 user. Android is way better than Windows OS, more versatile.
I own an iPhone and this certainly looks and feels like an iPhone - the UI, the screen, everything. I feel like I am holding a smaller version of my iPhone. Install Espier Launcher, and the screen will look like a real iPhone.
This phone can handle all apps I have installed on it. Where he got the 33% is poorly computed.
The camera takes ok pictures, just choose the night settings. Nokia sucks, their C3 cannot even connect to the wifi, and when I told them how badly it cannot, they even called me to say bad words over my mobile phone. Nokia does not care about its users. Do not trust the wifi capabilities of Nokia.
I emailed Samsung once about my laptop and they reply fast and are very corteous. Samsung Customer Service is great. You won't have any problems with this phone whatsoever.
To the person who says his battery lasts only 12 hours, mine lasts 2-3 days. Here are some solutions:
1) Reduce screen brightness
2) Disable GPS when not in use
3) Disable auto screen rotate
4) Clear the cache often
5) Close all running tasks/apps often
6) Disable Bluetooth and Wifi when not in use
I've owned a lot of Phones: Iphone, Samsung, Nokia, Blackberry, even verzio. Samsung is one of the best out there. Samsung is an iPhone Jr, the reason Apple is suing them. The Galaxy Tab feels like an Ipad more than any other device.
