if u can extend ur budget by 1.5 k u can get Motorola FIRE XT which is apparently the Best priced according to the features of that phone.Got a better 800 mhz processor 5 MP camera, VGA secondary camera for video calls, larger screen size and litterally out smarts galaxy Y in every department it is presently available at 8700 rs in india. check it out u would thank me later for suggestion
