AnonD-41626, 24 Feb 2012I am unable to connect to wi fi. After entering the passwo... morego near to the router... the wifi signal might be weak... i also experienced the same problem... now i am using 3g and it is faster than wifi... more stable as well.

Somet... moreI have the same phone, and It is a known issue with this model, but hey, Android and Touch at such a low price can't complain.. I have found a work around though, Whenever the Back key Stops responding, touch the screen to enable a touch feature and then Try again, It Works... also, i notice that after I rooted the phone, the issue stopped happening.. good luck..

I am unable to
connect to wi fi. After entering the password,it shows connecting,
authenticating, getting ip address,
then it gets disconnected. Then it
shows secured. Then again whole
process starts from connecting and
goes on repeating again and again.
please help me guys,i bought this
phone to use wifi in my college as it is
free.sometimes I am able to connect without any problem but mostly I have to struggle like this. Please help me guys.

Don't buy galaxy y, buy wave y it has better screen reso. , frt. cam for video calling , good battery life , internet works fast even in poor signal and wifi is very nice. All this is in less price than galaxy y

tin, 23 Feb 2012maybe your connection in wifi is poor.. it should be excell... moreThese things happen even when signal strength is highest. And sometimes I am able to connect even in low signal but most time I have to struggle like this.
