Frustration, 29 Jan 2012can anyone tell what's the meaning of 2g and 3g I badly nee... morebuddy,............
2g mean..its second generation of internet..its also called "edge"...in second genration we get normal internet speed...and 3g mean...third generation of internet..here in this gernation we get great speed of internet...but for use 3g..ur phone must compatible..and in 3rd gernation u can do video call....hope u undstand...

guy , 29 Jan 2012the camera is a 2mp camera. i own a galaxy y. so if your p... morexperia mini? are you kidding?that phone is the worst phone in the android series,my friend had it and it was a very slow phone.just insert 16GB memory card and see how easily hangs!!

I just bought my Galaxy Y thru SUNcell plan350 last December 16, 2011. Last January 19,2012 I cant turn the power on after recharghing the battery. I brought the unit to Samsung service center SM North and was pronounced as "warranty void" since the main board was damaged due to short circuit. Now i have to pay the remaining 29 months of subscription without the unit. I will never again buy any samsung products and would advice my officemates and students to follow suit.

2g-2nd generation 3g-3rd generation.. ahm may I ask is this unit is more usefull than galaxy mini?thanks

Hi Guys im a user of galaxy y. It is A great phone for its price. But sadly it screen resolution is only 320x240 not suited for an android phone and the disappointing thing is the display of Galaxy Y its not like 256k colors it more like 65k

vinay, 29 Jan 2012is camera vga or 2 megapixel two of my friend said that cam... morethe camera is a 2mp camera. i own a galaxy y. so if your planning to buy a new phone go for the xperia Mini pro. its the best Android phone you can get

galaxy y is very nice phone in this price range,
but d battery backup is dissapointing, camera is ok,but they have to give atleast 3.15mp, and sound quality is not good in speaker, at last its a very nice combination of xperia and i phone
