Anonymous, 13 Jan 2012Thank you so much this is very informative, I followed your... moreHi friend while connecting to ur PC through data cable First u need to activate GPRS(2.5G) or 3G in Ur Galaxy Y handset. then u have to select the option Use Packet Data. Now u can plugin the Data cable to ur mobile to PC
then (don't go for notification tab to connect to pc) u can select USB Tethering option in Settings. Now u can see the icon in ur PC(LAN icon)It is connected now.

totally love this phone... have it for 2 weeks now... regarding the sd card removed unexpectedly error, just do a software update, u will find that under settings, about phone....
only issue i found was battery life... but i hope with future updates that gets solved...

AnonD-38444, 17 Jan 2012hii friends m using galaxy y from last week can anybody tel... moreu cant install apps in sd card memory,u have to install it in phone memory,but u can take the backup of ur apps by downloading linda apps manager,it will take the backup of all of ur apps,and will save in backup floder of memory card,
