guys out there plz try this..
put some app under download and try to call ur phone with another phone and see what happens
i did the same and always got this reply "the subscriber u r trying to call is currently unavailable"
this applies while u r playing videos also
i think there is some reception problem with this phone
and so i returned the phone back

I bought this phone around 3 weeks ago and so far, it was good. I momentarily had a panic-mode moment today when my phone almost died on me. My phone froze while it was trying to sync updates with my FB & Twitter. I panicked because the phone went black and when I pressed the power button at the side, nothing happened. I thought of doing something similar to a complete system reboot, like drain the power off, then put the batteries on and turn it back up. So far so good. When I got it back up and running, I made some changes on the sync settings and the application settings. So far, so good. Hopefully, that incident is a one-time thing and I won't have to deal with it again.

Samsung Galaxy y is poor in audio delivery, as well as
in incoming calls. The phone emitting heat when speaking for a little while ( 2mnts)

It's a viewer for word, excel, powerpoint and pdf files.if you wish to have read-&-write capabilities 'though, you would have to download the quickoffice pro.Quickoffice Pro has a 7-day trial and after that, you would have to buy the software.
