Whell, 12 Dec 2011How can i turn the 3G connection off?? coz im thinking that... moreto turn off the 3g connectivity..just easily goes to your settings-wireless and networks-mobile networks-turn off 'use packet data'...by turning off packet data, you are unable to receive mms. so, to send or receive mms, you have to turn it on again...other than that, overcome battery drain problem by installing killerapp..it's free!i just use this samsung galaxy y 1 week from 7th december, and i think it's worth with the free back cover. huhu!

If u still ned to have edge connection enabled, call ur service provider and ask for discontinuing ir 3g service. Ur edge still will be on.
