I purchased this phone 4 weeks ago and I don't have any regrets on this phone. Fast connection wifi and 3G, Games are good just don't download games that is not suitable with the phone, I didn't experience any laggs on it. battery life is not bad it's a Phone and it's not meant for playing games for hours. Touchscreen is very good, Screen resolution is not bad take not of the price. Camera 2mp again take note of the price. All in all this phone ROCKS!

have purchased SAMSUNG Y on last saturday , but... morehey rajesh, i have the same problem... i was able to connect my wifi at first, then after 40 mins, my wifi stopped and it began scanning like crazy. OBTAINING IP then disbaled.. i was not able to connect then however, my friends were still connected with the wifi...
Were you able to fix this? How? or anybody knows how to fix this??? Thanks a lot!

Galaxy y is a cheap android whch really matters :\ and samsung is very good at touchscreen my fst touchphn was samsung star a masterpiece,, now galaxy y looking cool beside my E72 :)

all screen as scratch prone..even gorilla glass.. (but SGY has no gorilla glass on it)they're just way better than regular screens. .. im still looking for a way t oresolve my battery issue...lasted for max of 3hrs of straight browsing to android market.. sucks!
