Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 mass production has begun
After months of rumors and speculation, Samsung has allegedly begun mass production of its Galaxy Z Fold3. Leakster Roland Quandt delivered the news that the Korean tech giant is already procuring all key components for its latest foldable flagship. This development also means we are not too far from the official launch date which is rumored to take place next month.
The new leak mentions that Samsung is taking a pre-cautionary take with the new Z Fold and will produce a limited number of units initially. Production for the Galaxy Z Flip3 has yet to begin though this does not rule out the possibility of both new Z-series phones being launched together.
The Galaxy Z Fold3 is expected to debut with a 7.55-inch LTPO AMOLED main screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and S Pen support. Recent rumors suggest Samsung will bring an under-display camera with a 16MP Sony IMX 471 sensor hidden beneath the main screen. The smaller outward display will also bring 10MP selfie cam while the rear camera setup is expected to be ported from last year’s model with wide, ultrawide and telephoto 12MP sensors.
